Jesus loves the little children

All the children of the world

Red and yellow, black and white

They are precious in His sight

Jesus loves the little children of the world

Jesus died for all the children

All the children of the world

They are precious in His sight

Jesus loves the little children of the world

These last two months of the race have just been so good and it has only been one full week. Our Father has just taught me so much about his love and just how he shows it differently to everyone. I have been working at a special needs day camp with “kiddos” (ages 6-34) with severe autism, as well as kids with severe cerebral palsy. I found myself asking the Lord tons of questions while doing physical therapy and helping change diapers. “Lord why” and every time I would ask he would always respond with “Because I love them so much”.

I sat and dwelled on his words. Sat in awe of how much he loves us. He places us on this world so intentionally. After dwelling on his response he gave me his eyes for these children. The minute I walk into camp hope my heart just becomes so full. Receiving the Love of the Lord and just passing it right to the kiddos! The action of just receiving and giving away like a funnel.

A constant outpour of not myself.A constant cycle of the Lord. Thank you Jesus for constantly teaching me how to Love like you.

  3. Raylee, Love this! Sometimes He shows us His greatest love and compassion through “the least of these.” What a privilege to get to be a blessing, the hands & feet of Jesus. Thanks for sharing.
